About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the recruitment team at Just Recruit Singapore as a Recruitment Consultant, focusing on the banking industry. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding successful hires. This is a full-time, office-based position located in Tai Seng, North-East Region.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively sourcing and attracting top talent for a range of banking and finance roles
  2. Screening and assessing candidates to identify the best fit for our client roles
  3. Conducting interviews, coordinating assessments and managing the offer process
  4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
  5. Tracking and reporting on recruitment activities and key performance metrics
  6. Contributing to the overall growth and success of the recruitment team

What we're looking for

  1. Min 1 year of recruitment experience
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and candidates
  3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
  4. A proactive, driven and resilient approach to achieving recruitment targets
  5. A passion for the recruitment industry and a desire to develop your career
