Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
· Invoicing of customers using Oracle software
· Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
· Reconcile bank statements and company credit cards.
· Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
· Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and budget tracking.
· Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal business units to resolve accounting queries.
· Assist with audit preparation and compliance tasks
· Generating Statement of Accounts
· Perform day-to-day fulfilment of stocks in Warehouse Management System
Requirements:
· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance support role.
· Proficient and Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data organization).
· Strong understanding of accounting processes and procedures.
· High attention to detail and accuracy.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· A qualification in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Finance (ACCA, or AAT / LCCI Level 3) is advantageous
