Job Title: Primary Science Part-Time Tutor

Location: Tampines

Working Hours: Mondays & Wednesdays, 3:00pm – 9:00pm (flexible arrangements available)

Working Days: Flexible scheduling

Salary: Commensurate with days worked and candidate's experience


About the Role

We are looking for passionate and dedicated tutors to join our growing team As a tutor, you will guide and inspire Primary and Secondary students, helping them build confidence and achieve academic success.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging and effective lessons for Primary and/or Secondary students.
  • Develop lesson plans and learning materials aligned with the MOE syllabus, tailored to individual student needs.
  • Monitor, mark, and review students' work and assessments.
  • Identify learning gaps and provide targeted support to boost student performance.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to parents and centre management.
  • Ensure effective classroom management that fosters a positive, respectful, and motivating learning environment.
  • Assist with administrative and academic-related duties as required.
  • Take ownership of students' learning progress and overall development.

Requirements
  • Minimum A-Levels, Diploma, or Degree qualification.
  • Familiarity with the Singapore MOE syllabus preferred.
  • Patient, responsible, and genuinely passionate about supporting children's learning.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Prior teaching/tutoring experience is advantageous, but not required—training will be provided.
