Job Description:-

  • Conducts necessary inspections & test (e.g first article inspections, IQC/OQC inspection etc. according to approved procedures & work standards required.)
  • Submits inspection report and/or data sheets needed for post inspection activity.
  • Maintain approved inspection data, documents drawings, specifications, etc. & inspection aided devices for the purpose of inspection & tests.
  • Review documents & records needed for the inspection & tests.
  • Maintain inspections & tests records according to approved procedures.
  • Identifies, report non-conformities & controls non-conforming items.
  • Identifies & proposes improvement/changes to Quality System procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by respective QC Technician/Quality Engineer/Manager.

Job Requirement:-

  • Technical/vocational training or college courses in technical sciences desirable
  • Four (4) years' experience performing electro/mechanical inspections, optional Level I or Level II Radiography certified, NDT training, optional Radiation Safety certified or equivalent experience
  • Able to read and understand drawings and specifications and to use a wide variety of precision measuring instruments
  • Must pass the color blindness test for the NDT method being used and the brightness discrimination test for Radiography Film Interpretation, as applicable
  • Skill Requirements – attention to detail, good communication skills, computer knowledge of Excel, Word and SAP
  • Must understand the stages of production with the ability to learn
