About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and Assembly Operator to join our production team. This role is crucial for the independent execution of production processes, directly contributing to our manufacturing goals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Independently execute various defined assembly according to provided instructions.

  • Strictly follow all established guidelines, including:

  • Working instructions and standard process steps.

  • Hygiene and environmental rules.
  • Basic quality and safety guidelines (e.g., cGMP, clear table policies).
  • Maintain a safe and tidy work area using 5S methods.
  • Ensure your work meets quality standards.

What We're Looking For

  • A motivated individual who is ready to learn and be trained across different assembly processes.
  • Comfortable working in a Cleanroom setting (PPE) and performing precise work using a microscope.

Salary Package, Working Hours and Shifts

  • $1,800 - $2,000
  • Travel Allowance:$110 | Shift Allowance $180

  • Choose either shift, Monday - Friday

  • 7AM - 3PM

  • 3PM - 11PM
  • Contract Term: 2 Years
  • Performance Bonus: 2 months' salary bonus upon successful completion of every year of service.
