What You'll Do

  • Manage orders — use the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.

  • Know the menu — be familiar with all dishes and drinks so you can answer questions and make recommendations.

  • Upsell with ease — suggest food and beverage options naturally and help guests discover their favorites.

  • Keep the flow going — clear and reset tables quickly to maintain smooth service.

  • Stay clean and organized — uphold high cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.

  • Support the team — take on any additional tasks related to service and cleanliness as directed by management.
