We are looking for a passionate Sales Adivisor to join our team (part-time or full time) as our brand ambassador. You will be welcoming customers, offering tailored product advice, and ensuring every shopper enjoys an exceptional experience.

Whether it is helping someone find the perfect gift or introducing them to a new favorite product, you will bring energy, style, and professionalism to every interaction.

You speak fluent English and preferably Mandarin too. Previous retail experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
  • Build strong product knowledge to confidently advise on features, benefits, and trends.
  • Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  • Support team operations, from opening and closing duties to stock management.
  • Represent the brand's values and deliver an elevated shopping experience.
