Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data governance frameworks and policies
  • Support regulatory compliance (e.g., MAS, BCBS 239, APAC standards)
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to manage data quality, metadata, and lineage
  • Utilize tools like Collibra and Alteryx for data governance and reporting automation
  • Document Key Data Elements (KDEs), data flows, and governance processes
  • Coordinate across regions and projects for consistent governance rollout

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in data management, governance within banking or financial services.
  • Strong foundational skills in communication, documentation, logical thinking, and stakeholder collaboration
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (MAS, BCBS 239)
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Experience with Collibra or Alteryx, background in KDE management, metadata, or regulatory reporting automation is a plus.
