About the role
We are seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team at Oliginails Pte Ltd as a part-time Admin + Manicurist. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support while also assisting our customers with their nail care needs. The role is based in our Bedok East Region location.
What you'll be doing
Providing efficient and friendly administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and managing schedule appointments Performing manicure services for our customers, ensuring they receive a professional and enjoyable experience Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, stocking supplies, and adhering to health and safety protocols Assisting with other tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the salonWhat we're looking for
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in the beauty or retail industry Proficiency in manicure and nail care techniques, with the ability to provide a high level of service to customers Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively A passion for providing excellent customer service and contributing to the success of the teamWhat we offer
