Responsibilities:

· Preparation and coordination IT Engineers schedules for on-site/ outsource/ inhouse projects & backfills purpose on daily basis

· Manage interns schedules for deployment

· Liaising with Sales Department & IT Department closely on after sales matters

· Good communication skills with customer service attitude

· Handle incoming calls and enquires from corporate customers

· Answer email correspondence in a prompt and efficient manner

· Maintain service items inventory control

· Maintain proper records for billing purpose

· Maintain neat and timely update on the service form inputs to our system

· Any ad hoc requirements by the Manager

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related studies

· Preferably with IT knowledge

· Good communication skills and able to work independently

· Able to work in fast-paced environment

· Customer oriented and able to liaise with different stakeholders

· Proficient in MS Words/Excel

Others:

· Able to start immediately

· days work week from Mon to Fri, 9am to 6.30pm
