Deegit Asia Pte Ltd (DAPL) is looking for a competitent functional Business Analsyt who is willing to travel for work. The candidate is expected to work from Singapore for 3 weeks, and 1 week from Jakarta every month.

Responsibilities & Duties

Month-end / Closing

a) Map the as-is process of the close

b) Identify and deliver E2E automation (excel) opportunities for a to-be proposal

c) Prepare the analytics to explain the month-end results to understand business performance : In-The-Month ("ITM") and Year To Date ("YTD") of MBI results vs Rofo and LY

b) Maintain and update monthly PL "one-off" list to assess impact on variance analysis and automate variance analysis

c) Timely Submission Powerpoint presentation required for submission to Region to explain bus. perf: BPR, QPR, G2N

Rolling Forecast

a) Map the as-is process of Rofo

b) Identify and deliver E2E automation of Rofo (excel) opportunities for a to-be proposal

c) Automate the Rofo consolidation and variance analysis

c) Timely Submission Powerpoint presentation required for submission to Region to explain Rofo vs previous Rofo/LY/JanRF

d) Update STI tracker and Measure tracker

Annual plan

a) Map the as-is process of the existing AP Excel Model

b) Develop new Excel Model for AP and automate variance analysis

c) Timely Submission of all information into the OpCo's Reporting System (CIL)

d) Timely preparation of some of the slides of the AP ppt presentation

Requirements

FP&A proven experience

Relevant experience of 8 – 10 years

Excel Wizard / Financial Modelling

Process improvement experience and mindset

Contract Period: 6 Months (Renewable)
