Quality Assurance Technician

Job Summary:

• Salary: $2,200 - $2,800

• Working Days & Hours:

• 4 days/week

• 7.30am - 7.30pm

• Location of Work: Joo Koon

• (2-way company transport provided at Joo Koon and Choa Chu Kang MRT)

Job Responsibilities:

• Product Qualification & Validation

• Conduct product qualification and validation tests according to internal procedures, customer requirements, and industry standards.

• Set up and operate test equipment and measurement tools; verify product dimensions, functions, and performance.

• Trial Management

• Support production trials and process validation; collect data, monitor progress, and resolve deviations with engineering/production teams.

• Maintain proper sample identification, storage, and traceability.

• Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare detailed trial reports, maintain accurate records, and support SOP/documentation updates, for compliance, traceability, and audit readiness.

• Continuous Improvement

• Participate in root cause analysis and recommend process or inspection improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O/ N Level certificate or equivalent

• Manufacturing experience preferred

• Basic knowledge of measuring instruments (Caliper, Dial Gauge)

• Microsoft Excel Skills

• Comfortable to handle materials weighing up to 15kg
