A reputable provider of lift and escalator solutions is looking for a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to carry out maintenance and inspection duties across building systems and equipment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment
  • Attend to breakdowns and provide standby support when needed
  • Support regulatory inspections (e.g., BCA, FSB) and ensure compliance
  • Assist in investigations for equipment damage or safety incidents
  • Help follow up on quality issues or defects flagged by the QA/QC team
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines
  • Prior experience in lift, building, or facilities maintenance is advantageous
  • Candidates with their own vehicle is advantageous
