Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiographer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in MRI and X-ray imaging. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with regulatory and clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform MRI and X-ray procedures in accordance with physician instructions and departmental protocols.
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure high-quality imaging results while minimizing patient exposure to radiation (where applicable).
  • Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process, answering questions, and ensuring comfort.
  • Ensure accurate patient identification and documentation.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure timely and accurate diagnostic services.
  • Maintain cleanliness, calibration, and daily checks of imaging equipment.
  • Adhere to infection control, health, and safety guidelines at all times.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Radiography or equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • Registered with the relevant radiography board/council (e.g., AHPC in Singapore or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Radiographer, with hands-on experience in both MRI and X-ray.
  • Proficient in the use of imaging systems and related software.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, radiographic positioning, and patient care.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team-based environment.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in other imaging modalities (e.g., CT,) will be an added advantage.
  • CPR/BCLS certification.
