Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line technical support to internal staff via phone, email, or in person.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and applications.
  • Assist with system updates, backups, and security measures.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
  • Escalate complex issues to external vendors or higher-level IT staff when needed.
  • Provide basic training and guidance to staff on IT tools and best practices.

Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
