Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as company liaison with customers for assigned Service trips.

· Perform on-site machine installation.

· Conduct machine health-checks & Service maintenance visits.

· Provide troubleshooting and repair services to customers.

· Conduct training to customers on system operations & maintenance.

· Provide solutions & recommendations to customers.

· Submit Service reports after Service trips.

· Maintain & update customer accounts.

· Support after sales activities by attending conferences and trade shows etc.

Requirements:

· Technical background with Polytechnic Diploma or University degree in Engineering with Electrical, Industrial Electronics, Basic Programming, or related discipline with electrical proficiency.

· Preferably with 2-3 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

· Strong spoken and written communication skills in English.

· Highly motivated with superb work ethics.

· A team player with good communication skills.

· Good analytical skills & systematic approach to problem solving.

· Creative, innovative, and hands-on working style.

· Able to work under pressure and deliver results under tight schedules.

· A valid driver's license will be an added advantage.

· Eligible for travel and willing to travel more than 50% of the time.
