Role

We are looking for a Café Supervisor to support daily operations and lead the service team. You will:

• Oversee front-of-house service and staff schedules
• Ensure excellent customer experience and smooth service flow
• Handle inventory checks and liaise with kitchen & barista teams
• Train and guide junior staff

Requirements

• 1–2 years' F&B supervisory experience
• Strong customer service and leadership skills
• Able to work weekends/holidays and in a fast-paced environment
