Key Responsibilities:
- Review and compile architectural drawings, ensuring alignment with structural, mechanical, and electrical components.
- Ensure all plans comply with governmental health and safety regulations.
- Attend progress meetings with clients and consultants.
- Assist in submitting architectural drawings, material samples, and method statements as required.
- Plan and coordinate architectural works on-site to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Collaborate with the project team and clients to address discrepancies and provide regular updates on project milestones.
- Prepare detailed reports in accordance with the project roadmap.
- Utilize architectural design software to simulate and develop project designs.
- Verify and validate onsite work to ensure adherence to plans and designs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support project execution.
- Degree/Master's in Architectural Engineering, Design, or a related field, recognized by the Board of Architects.
- Minimum three years of experience in a marine construction or construction company is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, or other relevant design software.
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings
