The Podcast Partner Manager will lead relationships with partners across the Philippines. You'll primarily be working with creators, networks and publishers to drive strategic partnerships and ensure Spotify is prioritised as a distribution platform and partners have access to the right creation and growth tools for their needs.

The right candidate will be passionate about podcast content, capable of driving high-value strategic partnerships and enjoy working in fast-paced environments.

To avoid conflicts of interest, candidates should not have an active podcast or be involved in any podcast published on Spotify. This ensures our partnerships team can support creators with fairness and objectivity.

This is a fixed-term position, from November 2025 to June 2026.

What You'll Do

  • Be an expert across Spotify's suite of creator tools, able to match the right product and activation to the partner's need and opportunity.
  • Drive strategic partnerships with key creators and partners
  • Support the commercial needs of strategic partners with the ability to understand analytics and be solutions-focused.
  • Be the point person for all established and upcoming partners in the Philippines, responsible for finding the right offering to support them with audience growth
  • Growth levers include running promotional campaigns, leading Creators focused events and Spotify podcast related activities
  • Stay across local audiences and industry trends to ensure we are on the front foot and proactive.
  • Explore opportunities to maximise value from partnerships by collaborating with teams across Spotify, including Operations, Programming, Marketing and Analytics.
  • Keep partners informed on the latest offerings from Spotify, share industry best practices and conduct regular performance reviews with Creators
  • Work with and supervise appointed agencies and team in Podcast Partner manager support
  • Perform all administration work in relation to Podcast operations across the Southeast Asia market
  • Where necessary been involved in Partnership activities across Southeast Asia market

Who You Are

  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn about podcast distribution and data.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience with a background in content partnerships and account management is preferred.
  • You're a go-getter who can make things happen and lead through influence.
  • Deep familiarity with the Philippine podcast and long-form video content is essential, and a strong relationship within the local podcast industry is preferred.
  • Ability to turn data-backed insights into actionable partnership strategies.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and presentation skills, ideally including proficiency in the Google suite of programs.
  • Ability to build relationships with multiple functions at all levels of the organisation and industry.
  • Due to the nature of this role you should disclose if you are actively involved in any Podcast on Spotify
