Job Title: Project Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Site Engineer will work closely with the project team, contractors, and clients to ensure that all aspects of the project are executed according to plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Site Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of contractors, subcontractors, and other site staff to ensure that work is carried out safely and efficiently.

  • Quality Control: Monitor and control the quality of work on site, ensuring that it meets the required standards and specifications.

  • Safety Management: Ensure that all site activities are carried out in a safe and healthy manner, and that all safety regulations and procedures are followed.

  • Communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed of project progress and any issues that may arise.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of site activities, including progress reports, site diaries, and other documentation as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering: A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.

  • Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry.

  • Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and come up with effective solutions to complex problems.
