  • Position     : Customer Service Executive (Shipping/Billing) – Up to $3,500 – WEST
  • Location    : West – Penjuru Road OR Tuas Avenue (Buses Available: 78 / 79 / 192)
  • Working hours    : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 6pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience)    : Up to $3,500 +  Annual Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
  • Duration   : Permanent
  • Industry    : Logistics Solutions / Freight Forwarding

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process customer bookings and manage all shipping documentation.
  • Coordinate transport, schedules, and communications between customers, departments, and vendors.
  • Oversee inventory, perform warehouse stock control, and assist with operational duties.
  • Handle billing, report generation, and follow up on account payments.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Perform other assigned ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Holder with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Able to work independently
