Singapore MEP ENGINEERING SERVICES PTE. LTD. Full time $60,000 - $120,000 per year
Job Responsibilities:
  • Install, test, commission, and maintain fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, and suppression systems in accordance with local codes and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure all systems are in proper working condition.
  • Troubleshoot and repair system faults, wiring, and component issues promptly.
  • Assist in system upgrades and retrofitting for existing facilities.
  • Interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, schematics, and layout plans.
  • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and building management for installation and maintenance activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of system testing, repairs, and maintenance work.
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, NFPA codes, and local authority requirements (e.g., SCDF, BCA) .
  • Respond to emergency service calls as required.
  • Support safety audits and participate in training on fire protection systems.
Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in fire alarm, sprinkler, or fire protection systems installation and maintenance.
  • Experience with brands such as Notifier, Simplex, Siemens, or Honeywell is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Singapore fire codes and SCDF requirements preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting electrical and control systems related to fire protection equipment.
  • Site coordination or construction environment experience is an advantage.
Qualifications:
  • Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Fire Protection Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Certification in Fire Alarm Systems or Fire Protection Systems is preferred.
  • Valid Class 3 Driving Licence (optional)
  • Knowledge of MOM, SCDF, and BCA regulations is a plus.
  • Able to work independently, with good problem-solving and communication skills.
    Physically fit and willing to work at construction sites or high elevations when required

Location: Work site

Employment Type: Full-Time (Mon-Sat 8.30am - 5.30pm, OT 1.5hr as per MOM) and Sunday/ Public holidays 2 times pay as per MOM.
