What you'll be doing?- Drive sales growth: Manage existing accounts and identify new business opportunities to expand the company's market reach.
- Provide technical support: Plan customer visits and meetings, offering expert guidance on electrical engineering solutions.
- Expand market presence: Coordinate and participate in industry trade shows to showcase products and services.
- Develop strategies: Create and implement sales and marketing plans to penetrate new markets and increase revenue.
- Conduct market research: Analyze industry trends and opportunities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Maintain sales reports: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales progress and activities.
- Meet targets: Work towards achieving sales revenue, profitability, and growth goals set by management.
- Manage finances: Ensure timely collection of payments and effectively handle credit control.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Educational background: Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in the field.
- Sales experience: 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in electrical engineering, chemical, building management, or oil & gas industries.
- Mobility: Possession of own vehicle is advantageous for client visits and business travel.
- Travel flexibility: Willingness to travel overseas for business purposes as required.
- Self-motivated: A proactive and sales-driven attitude to excel in a dynamic business environment.
