About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Event Marketing professional to join our team.

As an Event Marketing specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand visibility and driving successful event execution across a diverse range of marketing initiatives. This is a full-time position based in the Bukit Merah Central Region.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement strategic event marketing plans to promote the company's products and services
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conceptualise and deliver engaging, impactful events that align with the company's marketing objectives
  3. Manage event logistics, including venue coordination, vendor management, and on-site coordination
  4. Create compelling event marketing content, such as invitations, promotional materials, and post-event recaps
  5. Analyse event performance data to measure success and identify areas for improvement
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the company's event marketing strategy

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in event marketing or a related field
  2. Proven track record of delivering successful, engaging events that drive business results
  3. Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  5. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and attention to detail
  6. Proficiency in event management software and tools
  7. Familiarity with the local events industry and regulations
