**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare new systems for new staff/take back systems for leaving staff.
- Provide 1st level / 2nd level support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving of desktop PC, servers, network problems.
- Diagnose and perform repairs on equipment and solutions and ensure that relevant updates and patches are applied accordingly to the system.
- Maintain the manifest list of PCs per user and service records in the Company.
- Provide assistance for any faulty system in the Company.
- Assist with website maintenance and updates using CMS platforms such as WordPress - Basic HTML and CSS.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Min. NITEC in IT related discipline.
- Minimum 1 years of help desk or technical support experience.
- Basic technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2, $3,000.00 per month
