About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Nurse Manager to oversee and coordinate home-based nursing services for our clients. This role involves managing a team of nurses/caregivers, conducting client assessments, ensuring high standards of care delivery, and serving as the key liaison between clients, families, and medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments for new clients (elderly / post-hospital / special needs) to understand care requirements.
  • Develop and oversee personalised care plans and monitor ongoing progress.
  • Manage and assign private nurses/caregivers , ensuring appropriate matching of skills and cases.
  • Perform regular home visits to evaluate care quality and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, physiotherapists, therapists, and family members for seamless continuity of care.
  • Train and supervise nursing staff on clinical procedures, documentation, and infection control .
  • Handle incident reports, medication administration, and emergency protocols .
  • Maintain case records, progress notes, and compliance documentation according to MOH / licensing requirements.
  • Support in service improvement, SOP development, and auditing processes .
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with valid SNB (Singapore Nursing Board) licence .
  • Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience , preferably in home care / community nursing / ward / ICU / geriatric care.
  • Experience in supervising or managing teams is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, able to interact with families, doctors, and caregivers professionally.
  • Compassionate, adaptable, and meticulous in care coordination and documentation.
