Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle needs and preferences
- Explain features, benefits, and specifications of various car models
- Arrange and accompany customers on test drives
- Provide accurate information on pricing, financing, and promotions
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to build good relationships
- Prepare sales paperwork and ensure proper documentation
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets
- Keep up to date with new car models, features, and market trends
- Maintain the showroom's appearance and ensure cars are presentable
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth delivery and after-sales service
Requirement
- Possess business development or sales experience in automotive industry is a plus
