We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Enterprise Architect to help us shape the future of parking solutions.

Job Summary:

The Enterprise Architect will play a critical role in designing and implementing the technology strategy that supports our car park operations. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and practical implementation skills to align our technology ecosystem with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in IoT, smart infrastructure, digital payment systems, and data analytics within the context of parking services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain an enterprise architecture roadmap focused on enhancing operational efficiency, customer experience, systems capability, and technology integration within company-wide existing and new systems.
  • Solution Design: Design scalable and secure architectures for systems, including digital payment platforms, access control, IoT-enabled parking solutions, and data analytics.
  • Technology Integration: Oversee the integration of new technologies and solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage IT Systems: Oversee, improve and upgrade enterprise services, software and hardware.
  • Data Management: Implement data architecture strategies that enable predictive analytics, real-time reporting, and improved decision-making processes.
  • Innovation Leadership: Evaluate emerging trends and technologies in smart cities, mobility, and IoT to drive continuous improvement in services.
  • Project Management: Provide architectural guidance for technology projects, ensuring solutions meet business needs and architectural standards.
  • Governance & Compliance: Establish best practices for IT governance, data security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Balance Concerns: Find the correct balance between business outcomes, cost and technical advancement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 5 years in enterprise architecture, ideally within mobility and transportation industries.
    • Experience with technologies such as IoT, cloud computing (e.g. Azure), digital payment systems, and enterprise integration.
    • Familiarity with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and modeling tools (e.g., ArchiMate).
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Refactoring thinking.
    • Business acumen.
    • Proficiency in parking technologies, including sensors, automation, and mobility platforms.
    • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
    • Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies.
    • Knowledge of agile and DevOps practices.
    • Ability to identify software, services, or hardware that might improve business processes.
