Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage the annual submission process and charity portal updates, including planning, communicating with charities, and providing guidance.
  • Oversee the registration and ongoing compliance of charities and IPCs by processing applications, analyzing financial statements and documentation, and preparing comprehensive assessments for approval or rejection.
  • Perform duties related to sector regulation work, such as conducting screenings and assisting with enforcement actions when required.
  • Handle ad-hoc operational or compliance tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Able to read financial statements and conduct basic financial analysis.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Able to work independently, exercise initiative, and pay attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of legal and accounting principles is an added advantage.
