We are seeking a Senior Retail Associate to join our Store Team.

Job Responsibility

  • Handle the day-to-day operations of the gallery and ensure smooth functioning of overall store operations
  • Front of house: To provide assistance to guests and customers including: Receiving walk-in guests and customers, directing guests and customers to the various parts of our gallery, and sharing the expertise of products and providing sales recommendations
  • Sales: Perform sales, sales transactions, delivery orders, upselling of products and cashiering duties.
  • Prepare and submit shift-end reports on sales performance, inventory discrepancies, and incidents (if any).
  • Manage the delivery of services to guests consistent with the company's core service standards, brand attributes and compliance
  • Handle any operational or customer-related issues promptly, escalating to management when necessary.
  • xercise judgment in handling challenging situations such as customer complaints, disputes, or incidents to maintain brand reputation and service standards.
  • Communicate effectively with Store Manager and Management on significant matters that occurred during their absence.
  • Guide and support other retail associates in executing daily tasks efficiently.
  • Enforce SOPs related to safety, security, and service excellence.
  • Provide the general upkeeping of visual merchandising display in our gallery, ensuring outstanding cleanliness and maintenance of the store
  • Maintaining housekeeping and inventory duties
  • Handling of email and telephonic queries and feedback on general enquiries, sales enquiries and product enquiries
  • Assist in admin work
    Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management

What You'll Bring
