Job Title: Data Center Facilities Engineer (Electrical/HVAC) – LEW

Role Summary

Own the day-to-day reliability of critical power and cooling in a live data center. Execute preventive maintenance, fault response, and improvement works across UPS, LV/HV distribution, and chilled-water/CRAC systems to ensure SLA compliance and zero unplanned downtime.

(Basis: DC O&M best practice; LEW scope in SG)

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate & maintain UPS, STS, switchgear, battery systems; perform LV/HV routine switching as authorized. (Basis: critical power stack)
  • Maintain CRAC/CRAH, chilled-water loops, pumps, cooling towers; track thermal KPIs. (Basis: DC thermal management)
  • Execute PM/CM, calibrations, and vendor supervision; close out PTW, RAMS, and LOTO. (Basis: safety & compliance)
  • Monitor BMS/EPMS alarms; lead first response, escalation, incident reports (RCA). (Basis: incident lifecycle)
  • Keep asset records, drawings, spares, and SOP/EOP up to date. (Basis: audit readiness)
  • Support testing/commissioning and efficiency upgrades when required. (Basis: lifecycle upgrades)

Qualifications

  • Valid EMA Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW)—Technician or Engineer category. (Basis: EMA licensing requirement)
  • 3+ years in critical facilities/industrial O&M covering UPS and HVAC/chilled water. (Basis: industry baseline)
  • Familiar with PTW, LOTO, BMS/EPMS, and WSH regulations. (Basis: statutory compliance)
  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical (HVAC). (Basis: hiring norm)
  • Shift-ready and on-call capable if required; strong documentation & teamwork. (Basis: 24×7 operations)

工作职责

  • 监控BMS/EPMS告警,组织首响、分级上报与事故RCA。 (依据:事故处置流程)
  • 维护资产台账、图纸、备件与SOP/EOP。 (依据:审计与合规)
  • 支持测试/调试与能效优化等专项工作。 (依据:生命周期管理)

任职要求

  • 持有新加坡EMA的LEW电气执照(Technician或Engineer)。 (依据:法定执照要求)
  • 3年以上关键设施/工业现场运维经验,覆盖UPS与暖通/冷冻水。 (依据:行业基线)
  • 熟悉PTW、LOTO、BMS/EPMS与WSH安全法规。 (依据:合规要求)
  • 电气/机械(暖通)相关大专/本科。 (依据:通行学历门槛)
