Work you'll do
- Support the development of strategies for new business opportunities within Audit & Assurance, including creating formal client and pursuit plans informed by thorough market research.
- Execute the pursuit sales methodology, managing the end-to-end process, including project milestones, deliverables, and cross-team coordination.
- Track and monitor strategic accounts and GTM activities on a periodic basis, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering insights to support account growth and goals.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, team briefings, and conference calls, preparing supporting materials and following up on action points.
- Conduct market share updates and research on prospective clients to inform pursuit and account strategies.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and requirements related to strategic account management and business development initiatives within the Audit & Assurance practice.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience engaging effectively with various organizational levels, including senior leadership.
- Background in supporting business development, sales processes, or pursuit management is preferred.
- Familiarity with professional services, ideally within audit, assurance, or a related field, is an advantage.
- High degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Independent, meticulous, and professional approach with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
- Self-motivated and quick to learn, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous settings.
- Energetic, flexible, and proactive mindset, with strong organizational and resourcefulness capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Phyton) and adeptness at preparing professional materials.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, or generating insights from GTM and account data.
- Solid knowledge of business development principles and practices to support pursuit strategies and client growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of market research tools and methodologies is a plus.
