Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and triage multiple enquiry mailboxes using the Feedback Management System, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Address queries from healthcare professionals and the public related to registration, certification renewals, continuing education, and general matters.
  • Support the planning and execution of Pledge Ceremonies across various healthcare boards, including coordinating logistics and preparing event materials.
  • Draft and send formal invitations to participants and guests and respond to related email enquiries.
  • Assist in sourcing vendors and providing on-site support during events, including preparing certificates and updating attendance records.
  • Contribute to the review and dissemination of official circulars and notices across divisions.
  • Assist with procurement documentation for event and design services.
  • Support administrative tasks such as sending corporate e-greeting cards and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mass Communication, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in handling public enquiries, event coordination, and communications-related projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with content development or website updates is an advantage.
  • Willingness to provide on-site support during events when required.
