Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and surrounding areas according to established standards (e.g., making beds, dusting, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning/sanitization, and trash removal).
  • Replenish room supplies in line with hotel standards.
  • Check and record mini-bar consumption, perform charging, replenishment, and stock checks.
  • Report any room defects or deficiencies to the supervisor.
  • Follow policies and procedures regarding guest lost-and-found items, fire safety, and property protection.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests.
  • Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of housekeeping or related cleaning experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemical handling, and safety practices.
  • Functional knowledge in room cleaning procedures.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: Up to SGD 2,200 per month
  • Variable Bonus: Typically 1 month, based on individual and company performance

Location: Clarke Quay

Working Hours:

  • 6 days per week (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
  • Off day based on roster/shift
  • Overtime payable if required to work on off days
