Meat Co. is a quality-driven retail butcher shop and deli, offering premium meats, house-made deli items, and ready-to-cook specialties. Our focus is on delivering excellent customer experience and sharing our passion for food and cooking.

We are hiring friendly and food-loving individuals with experience in retail, butchery, kitchens, or delis. If you have a chef or cooking background, that's a bonus – we're looking for an individual who enjoys interacting with customers and being our brand's front facing ambassador.

• Friendly, outgoing, and confident in serving customers
• Enjoys talking about food and recommending meat cuts and cooking methods
• Experience in kitchens, delis, or food retail is a strong advantage
• Willingness to learn about meats, butchery, and product handling
• Reliable, well-organized, and team-oriented
• Maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations
• Assist with basic butchery tasks and meat packaging (training provided)
• Support deli operations: slicing, prepping, assembling, and serving
• Maintain stock levels, product displays and inventory control
• Operate the POS system and handle payments
• Ensure cleanliness and food safety in all work areas
• Contribute to daily operations and team tasks
