- Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Night Shift: 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
- Lead a team of Associate Engineers and Technicians in executing all test-related activities for Server & Rack products during production.
- Support and implement PXE Server configuration for products.
- Perform and maintain Server & Rack run-in testing processes.
- Conduct and oversee burn-in and power testing processes.
- Liaise with customers, headquarters, and factory teams for test program implementation, updates, and maintenance.
- Analyze product failures in production and collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements.
- Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain and update the Test Program Master List and associated tracking tools.
- Prepare, update, and maintain Working Instructions (W/I) for test procedures.
- Provide training to production teams based on W/I.
- Support the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
- Assist production teams during mass production runs.
- Participate in ISO compliance activities, including implementation and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Diploma in an Engineering discipline, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a Server, Rack, or Manufacturing environment.
- Strong ability to work effectively with customers, HQ/factory teams, peers, subordinates, and supervisors.
- Proficiency in SAP and Linux systems.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and ability to perform under pressure.
- Solid understanding of testing methods, processes, and best practices.
- Knowledge of programming and debugging techniques.
