**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, DO, Invoice, PO issuing and document management.
- Support administrative tasks, including preparation of reports, memos, and other documents.
- Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure timely procurement.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office records and filing systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Clean office, staircase, toilet (male & female) and other common spaces.
- Ensure waste bins are emptied and waste is disposed of properly.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Follow health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
