About the role

Orchid Laundry is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver Class 3 and 4 to join our team in the Gul Circle West Region. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods to our customers, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining excellent customer service.

What you'll be doing

  • Operate delivery vehicles safely and in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations

  • Load and unload delivery vehicles in a careful and organised manner

  • Provide excellent customer service by delivering goods promptly and professionally

  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any issues or concerns

  • Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and customers to ensure successful deliveries

  • Assist with other warehouse or logistics duties as needed

What we're looking for

  • Valid Class 3 or 4 driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a delivery driver in the courier, logistics or transport industry

  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers

  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

  • Physically fit and able to lift and man-oeuvre heavy items

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
