Partner Manager

We are seeking an experienced Partner Manager to drive our strategic partnerships with AWS and AI/Data technology vendors, strengthening our position as a leading systems integrator. This role will manage key vendor relationships, originate new business opportunities, and enable our sales organization to win complex cloud and AI transformation deals. As the primary liaison between CloudMile and our channel partners, you will maximize partnership value through co-selling, funding activation, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop strategic relationships with AWS and AI/Data vendors, serving as the primary point of contact for partner account teams
Develop and execute annual joint business plans with key partners, including revenue targets, co-marketing initiatives, and competency/specialization goals
Originate and qualify new business opportunities from channel vendors, referral networks, and partner ecosystem tools
Activate partner funding programs to accelerate deal velocity and improve win rates
Drive deal registration and co-selling processes to secure partner deal protection and incentives, while supporting contract negotiation and deal structuring
Drive achievement and maintenance of AWS competencies, specializations, and partner tier status
Partner with marketing team to develop and execute joint campaigns and events, while identifying and activating co-marketing opportunities
Contribute to the development of solution offerings, service packages, and practice areas aligned with partner roadmaps
Maintain knowledge of partner programs, funding mechanisms, incentive structures, and program changes
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in channel sales, or alliance management, with demonstrated track record of managing strategic cloud/enterprise technology partnerships
Proven ability to originate and close partner-sourced deals with measurable pipeline and revenue contributions
Understanding of SI business models, margin structures, and services commercialization
Strong understanding of AWS cloud services and AI/Data platforms
Experience navigating partner portals, deal registration systems, and co-selling workflows
Understanding of partner ecosystem dynamics, channel conflict resolution, and co-opetition strategies
Interpersonal & Communication Skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence without authority
Strong executive presence and ability to engage with C-level contacts at partners and customers
Effective written and verbal communication skills, including presentations and proposal development
Collaborative mindset with ability to work cross-functionally across sales, delivery, marketing, and technical teams

Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive, ownership mentality, and results-oriented approach with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Strategic thinker who is adaptable in fast-paced environments, with ability to balance short-term execution and long-term partnership development
Preferred Qualifications
AWS certifications
Active relationships with AWS or AI/Data vendor account teams in the region
Experience working in Singapore, Malaysia or APAC markets with understanding of regional business practices
Background in data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, or cloud architecture
