At JobAlly , we're expanding our team and looking for passionate Recruitment Consultants who want to build their own desk, grow with a supportive team, and be part of an exciting, growing start-up environment.

What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Partner closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placement.
  • Source talent through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
  • Drive your own performance and success while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
    Maintain strong candidate and client relationships throughout the recruitment process.
What We're Looking For
  • Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Sales-driven with a strong passion for recruitment and people engagement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and goal-oriented with a team-first mindset.
    Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome to apply
