Job Title: Beautician / Facial Aesthetician

Job Level: Entry-level to Beauty Director

Department: Beauty Department

Location: Orchard, Singapore

Salary: Starting$3,000/month

Working days: 5-6 days a week

Overall Job Objectives:

As a Beautician / Facial Aesthetician, you'll help clients look radiant and feel deeply restored through personalized facials, skincare education, and genuine connection. Join a studio where your hands bring healing and your knowledge inspires confidence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform customized facial treatments including deep cleansing, extraction, exfoliation, lymphatic massage, and mask application.
  • Recommend skincare products based on each client's skin type, concerns, and goals.
  • Maintain a clean, serene, and well-prepared treatment space at all times.
  • Keep up-to-date treatment records and adjust skincare plans as needed.
  • Educate clients on home skincare routines, ingredients, and lifestyle advice.
  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and techniques, including facial machines.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • With 2-3 years of experience in beauty therapy or facial aesthetics.
  • Experienced in various skin types, facial modalities, and product knowledge.
  • Skilled in client communication, hospitality, and emotional intelligence.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to hygiene, customer care, and consistent results.
  • Experience with Korean/Japanese facial techniques.
