DITP is a hospitality company whose concepts intertwine nature with the modern urban lifestyle. Our journey began in 2007 with the launch of Canopy which featured the first green roof for restaurants in Singapore. Since then, our concepts have been featured on numerous national publications, lifestyle magazines and food blogs. We are looking for a team player who is passionate about F&B and is excited about creating great experiences for customers.
Responsibilities:
- Through knowledge of menu and standard preparation of all items, recipes and restaurant menu
- Plan and prepare adequate quantities of food items for cooking according to recipes/menu
- Cook and prepare items in a timely manner
- Observe and test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
- Ensure proper sanitization and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Valid Food and Beverage Safety and Hygiene certificate
- Experience in Japanese Culinary and Language will be a bonus
- Ability to work in teams and attention to detail
- Positive outlook and outgoing personality
- Able to perform shift duties (including Sat, Sun & PH)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Pay: $1, $2,200.00 per month
Work Location: In person
