Job Description
You will be responsible for providing administrative support in the planning of education events and activities. This would include drafting of publicity materials, sponsorship letters, liaising with speakers, attendees' registration, booking of venue, catering, tracking of budget and expenses, gathering feedback etc. There may be other secretarial and administrative assignments such as procurement, arranging meetings, liaison between departments or other matters to ensure smooth and efficient running of the event.
Requirements
- Diploma with at least 2 years' relevant experience
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and also a good team player
- Energetic, positive and meticulous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
