About the role

This short-term Store keeper position is for Sept-Dec 2025 and will renew as and when required.

  • 5 day work week (Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm)
  • No entitlement of annual leaves or medical leaves
  • Unpaid leaves apply to no turn up of work

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of inbound and outbound logistics activities, including receiving, storing, picking and packing
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock takes
  • Perform general warehouse duties, such as housekeeping and organization of storage areas
  • Receive and issue materials and stock from warehouse as per staff requests
  • Mandarin speaking preferred as need to liase with customers/vendors
  • Ad-hoc assignments and tasks when assigned by your superior

What we're looking for

  • Some experience in logistics or warehousing role,
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other logistics-related software
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Age is not very crucial, as long as you are fit to pick and pack in the store
