_Up to $2,200 Basic Transport Reimbursement Attendance Allowance**Responsibilities**:
Sources for suppliers to support direct and indirect materials & equipment.
Manage purchasing cycle including quotation, PO follow-up & creation, supplier billing and forecasting.
Initiate and process payments to vendors.
Monitor, review, and maintain optimum material inventory and safety inventory level.
Identifies and prevent non-conformity relating to internal processes and quality systems.
Handle on price and Terms & Conditions negotiation with suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
Plan, execute & analyze materials requirements, and reschedule plan
Highlight raw material issues or delays to Production Planner.
Maintaining procurement, documentation, and standards database.
Perform adhoc duties as per supervisor assigned
**Requirements**:
- Min O level and above
- Knowledge in strategic sourcing, supply chain, manufacturing and operational procurement.
- Proficient in ERP systems, MS Office & Excel knowledge. Good communication skills and exhibit strong leadership qualities
