RINA is currently recruiting for a South Asia Pacific HR Generalist to join its office in Singapore within the Global Human Resources Division .

Mission

The HR Generalist will support the overall operations of Human Resources, including but not limited to full cycle recruiting, training, employee relations, employee engagement, administration of benefits, HRIS administration, and a wide range of HR generalist duties as needed.

Key Accountabilities
  • Employee Engagement & Recognition Programs: Drive and monitor the success of employee engagement and recognition programs to foster high employee morale.
  • HRIS and Data Management: Perform HRIS data entry, utilize HRIS and other systems to ensure accurate data maintenance, approval of changes, and efficient processing in a timely manner.
  • Talent Acquisition Support: Assist the Talent Recruiting Team in managing the talent acquisition process for assigned requisitions, as required. Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination when the Talent Recruiting Team is not present in the cluster.
  • Organization Structure Maintenance: Maintain the organization structure by updating job requirements and descriptions for all positions.
  • HR Policy Guidance: Provide guidance and interpretation of HR policies; assist in enforcing policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements, company initiatives, and organizational goals.
  • Employee Relations: Attend and actively participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Coordinate planning and preparation for new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
  • Personnel File Management: Manage active and inactive employee personnel files and I-9 documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Learning & Development Data Management: Oversee data related to learning and development through the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Company Communication Assistance: Assist the HR Team with company communication, including email and maintenance of the employee SharePoint site.
Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or Economics

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in human resources.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and best practices.
  • Recruitment experience in engineering, consulting, or professional services fields is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work with and extract data from an HRIS is preferred.
  • Knowledge of relevant HR labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
