Our financial solutions are not only the best in the business ? they were made just right for you.?Responsibilities* High appreciation of macro market outlook, especially around the Singapore economy and government policies, interest rate environment, liquidity situation; and emerging trends around consumer behaviours, digitalisation, industry developments etc.?* Provide strategic direction and thought leadership to manage the business for sustainable growth, market leadership and P&L outcome.* Lead design and implementation of thoughtful Customer Journey/Employee Journey, leveraging digitization, eco-system thinking and data, to create joyful banking with lower cost of acquisition and higher productivity.* Collaboratively work with internal and external partners to deliver Bancassurance KPIs through strategic initiatives, product development and tactical programs* Employ Data-Driven Operating Model (DDOM)/Control Towers to have a deep understanding of both financial and productivity drivers and leverage data-driven insights to optimize operational processes and enhance overall performance.* Collaborate with the MtJ Performance Cell/Squad to develop omnichannel strategies, utilizing AIML/GenAI to drive Customer and Business/Productivity outcomes.* Work closely with COO/Advisory Surveillance to achieve tight oversight and agile and robust processes, leveraging technology and innovation with strong appreciation of risk management and regulatory compliance.Requirements* Min Bachelor?s degree/University degree with 10+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience* Experience managing in matrixed environment including cross functional areas (e.g.
