Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Purpose:
Secure, expedite, and track parts to support maintenance schedules, ensuring no delays from materials shortages.
Core Responsibilities:
- Procurement & Follow-ups: Raise Purchase Requisitions for consumables/parts; review MRAs with Leads/Aircraft IC; Raise Purchase Requisitions for shipping of Z-lines; coordinate with Buyers for RFQ/PNQ/PO status.
- Expediting & Logistics: Chase AWBs for L-line parts; follow up on PO issuance; expedite no-stock items and AOG escalations; review short orders/mod kits.
- Core Returns & Warranty: Ensure Z-line cores are returned on time; manage ORDF card follow-up for cores, unused parts, unserviceable parts disposition/scrap charges.
- Systems & Validation: Update SAP account status, validate warranty/spare programs, check Sloc allocations for rotables, Manage PM1 notes with CPM.
Key Skills:
- SAP/MM & logistics knowledge.
- Strong vendor management and escalation ability.
- Eye for part tracking, PO/PR status, and warranty coverage.
