Responsibilities

  • Review the patient's Consultation Card and assess their condition.
  • Perform diagnostics, discuss treatment progress, and create a customized plan if needed.
  • Determine suitability for acupuncture, prescribe TCM medication, or recommend both.
  • Ensure all acupuncture needles are properly removed and disposed of.
  • Complete and endorse the Customer Treatment Record card with the patient.

Requirements

  • Min. 2 years of experience as a TCM Practitioner.
  • Certified by the Singapore TCM Authority.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English to speak with Mandarin-speaking customers.
