Responsibilities:

  • Create, format, and prepare final artwork using Adobe InDesign and related software.
  • Layout and typeset content for various print and digital media such as brochures, name tags, labels, ID cards, packaging, and marketing materials.
  • Work with layers and templates to ensure artwork meets design and print specifications.
  • Perform pre-printing checks and prepare files for digital and thermal printing.
  • Collaborate closely with sales & marketing team, and production staff to ensure final output aligns with brand and quality standards.
  • Edit and revise existing artwork based on feedback or changes in specifications.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high standards of accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot file issues related to fonts, images, resolution, color modes, and bleed/crop marks.
  • Operate digital print equipment and liaise with printing vendors as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with printing operators to ensure production quality and timely delivery of jobs.
  • Archive artwork files and maintain organized digital storage systems.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in printing technologies and design software.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a DTP Artist or similar role.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Good understanding of digital and other printing processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines and design standards.
  • Effective communication skills, especially with production/printing teams.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in variable data printing (VDP) or working with printing software such as Fiery Command WorkStation is a plus.

Salary: Max of SGD may offer lower but will increase if passed probation) + VB

Time: 9-6pm (Mon - Sat (9am-12pm, 5.5 days)
